Tomorrow 930 judges will commence their review of 853 entries to select the best Australian music released in the last 12 months.
Since their inception, the ARIA Awards have been peer-voted, ensuring their credibility and prestige both within the industy and in the wider community.
Of the 28 awards, 26 are decided by the voting panel, with the Highest Selling Album and Single categories decided by audited sales reports.
Voting runs until Friday, August 24. All votes are placed via a secure website developed and managed by our partners Gruden. At 5pm on August 24 the website is closed to everyone but Deloitte, who review the results and ensure there are no anomalies. Deloitte then deliver the top contenders in each category for the official announcement of the Final Five Nominees on Wednesday, September 19.
